MGM has made an early retail announcement for 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly,' with the Sergio Leone classic headed to Blu-ray in mid-May.
Starring Clint Eastwood as one of his most famous characters, this first, epic installment of the "Man with No Name" trilogy will receive it's eagerly-awaited next-gen debut on May 12.
MGM (via Fox Home Entertainment) has yet to issue any tech or supplement specs, but we expect remastered 1080 video and DTS-MA audio, and a likely package of extras comparable to the previous, two-disc special edition DVD version.
Suggested list price has been set at $29.99.
You'll find the latest specs for 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under May 12.
