Fox Home Entertainment has announced its latest direct-to-Blu premiere release, the canine comedy 'Dr. Doolittle: Million Dollar Mutts.'
In the grand tradition of such video premiere franchises as the 'Air Bud' and 'Beethoven' series, this second sequel to the theatrical hit 'Dr. Doolittle' will feature none of the original cast and a story that bears little resemblance to the original hit.
Fox has announced a May 19 release for the film, which will arrive as a Blu-ray/DVD two-disc combo.
The Blu-ray disc will present the feature film in 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video with a DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround track.
There are no supplements announced as yet, but we're sure they'll be epic in nature. We'll keep you posted.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $29.99.
