Sony has unveiled full specs and box art for 'First Knight,' which will hit Blu-ray this April as a full-featured special edition.
As previously reported, Sony has set an April 29 Blu-ray debut for the Richard Gere-Sean Connery starrer, day-and-date with a new standard DVD re-issue.
Just-confirmed tech specs boast 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround tracks in both English and French, plus Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround dubs in Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Thai.
Extras on the BD-50 dual-layer release will include audio commentary with director Jerry Zucker and producer Hunt Lowry, an additional "Arthurian Legend" historical commentary, three featurettes ("The Quest For Camelot," "In Shining Armor: Knights-in-Training," "The Creation of a Kingdom"), and a collection of deleted scenes and outtakes.
Finally, Sony has revealed the final box art for 'First Knight':
As previously announced, the suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $28.95.
