The company is releasing two FullHD DLP projectors.
BenQ has detailed two additions to its home theater projector lineup, the HT1075 and the HT1085ST. Both are DLP-based models with 1080p resolutions.
The projectors offer Colorific image quality and 3D capabilities, along with a brightness of 2,200 ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 10,000:1. In addition, each model includes streaming and mirroring functions when connected to devices through MHL HDMI. Likewise, both projectors include integrated 10-watt chamber speakers. The HT1085ST short throw model is capable of producing an image up to 100 feet from as little as 6 feet away from the screen. Meanwhile, the HT1075 offers a vertical lens-shift option for easier setup.
BenQ's HT1075 ($1,199) and HT1085ST ($1,299) 1080p projectors are expected to start shipping in September.
